Shipping, returns and the small print.

Shipping

Free tracked shipping on every order. Ships in 1 to 3 working days, then usually 7 to 14 days to arrive. The tracking link comes by email the day it ships. The seat belt tether ships in its own parcel with its own tracking, so it can arrive a few days apart from the deck. PO boxes and parcel lockers are fine.

Returns and the 30 day trial

Use it for 30 days from the day it arrives. If it is not right for your dog, email hello@hindseat.com for a full refund. Send it back in its bag with everything that came in it. On a change of mind the return postage is yours; if anything is faulty, the postage and the replacement are ours.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within five working days of the parcel reaching us.

Warranty

A year of cover from the day it arrives, on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a seam, strap or board fails through no fault of yours, we replace it. Chewing, claws and normal wear are not covered.

Our story

Hindseat is a small Australian brand run from Brisbane. We sell one thing: a back seat deck with a firm base, so a dog gets a flat bed from door to door and the car stays clean. Every figure on this site is the maker's own listing number.

Privacy

We keep your name, address and email to ship your order and answer your questions. We never sell them. Emails from the list stop the moment you unsubscribe.

Terms

Prices are in Australian dollars. An order is accepted when it ships. Product details are as listed by the maker. The deck is a seat cover, not a restraint: it is not crash tested and is not a substitute for a harness and tether.
